That growth is less about doing more and more about building better.
When I started, I thought success meant staying busy. Filling every gap. Wearing every hat. But all that did was burn me out. What I wish someone had told me is this:
You don’t scale through hustle, you scale through structure.
Your systems, your processes, your team... that’s what determines your capacity. Not how talented you are, or how hard you push and hustle and work. I learned the hard way that without backend clarity, even the best marketing or hiring plan will fall flat.
