Founder Advice
Entrepreneurs are gifted at seeing opportunities that most others miss. However, this ability can be a double-edged sword. Once you lock in on a business or project, you don't stop seeing the other opportunities that come your way. This can lead to "shiny object syndrome," where these new opportunities become distractions and have you going in multiple directions while not moving things forward quickly with your main endeavor.
Once you've committed to the primary business, you must remain extremely focused for some time. As exciting or novel as the new idea(s) may be, pledge a certain amount of time (6 months, 18 months, etc.) to work exclusively on your new venture. That singular focus will greatly increase your chances of success.
