Founder Advice
I wish someone had told me that being a founder is less about having all the answers and more about learning to live in the unknown every single day.
You think it’s going to be about strategy and branding and grand plans, but most of it is about keeping your nerve when things wobble, trusting your gut when everyone has an opinion, and showing up even when you're tired to death of showing up. It’s also deeply personal because your values, your voice, your energy are all wrapped into a business. No one prepares you for how exposed that can feel.
But the beauty of it? You grow with the business. You get braver, bolder, more creative. So if I could go back, I’d tell myself that you don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to figure it out as you go. And protect your peace while you do it.
