Let’s start by getting to know you. Can you please tell us a little bit about you and what you do?
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with enterprise-level companies and small businesses alike to grow their leads and revenue. I’ve distilled all that experience down to a set of principles that is approachable and less intimidating to the self-starter and entrepreneur.
A great introduction and start to this interview. Can you please tell us, how did you start, from what age, and what made you decide to change direction and start?
Hi, I’m Henry Joseph.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with enterprise-level companies and small businesses alike to grow their leads and revenue. I’ve distilled all that experience down to a set of principles that is approachable and less intimidating to the self-starter and entrepreneur.
I’m here to ensure that you learn for yourself that “Yes, I can do this!” It’s not as intimidating as it may seem. Let me show you how.
Working with multiple startups, entrepreneurs, and digital marketers I figured the biggest challenge is building up a base on social media from scratch due to drastically changing algorithms, That’s how I came up with these products and services. it’s a highly-efficient, step-by-step framework that will guide you through actionable strategies you can use right away to drastically increase engagement through Email marketing and social media and bring in the audience you want.
I’m an email marketing consultant. In 2018 I founded Emails Era, an email marketing agency. Since its inception, Emails Era has worked with over 300 businesses across India & globally, ranging from major corporations to SMEs.
We build email marketing campaigns based on data and analytics that create wonder with audiences and generate unprecedented growth.
Alongside a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Also done my studies on Digital Marketing. My expertise in this area helps me build marketing campaigns that get results.
When I’m not developing marketing strategies, I love hiking, cricket & travelling.

Thank you for that insight. So can you tell us…What does your business do and where is your company based?
We provide complete digital marketing solutions for startup companies. We help to grow their business through email marketing and generating leads. Our company is located in Hyderabad, India
What’s the story behind your success? What led to your aha moment? how did you get to where you are now?
Well, I was working in a company I was not satisfied with my work. I wanted to do something in which I can help small businesses with marketing techniques.
In 2020 I left my job and started my company helped business and won the Best CEO of the Year in 2020.
Thank you for sharing that. What’s been your life’s biggest lesson so far?
The biggest challenges I faced it when I left my job and started my business. I was a bit struggling to get clients and moreover pandemic started when I was struggling a lot t get clients. I didn’t down myself and started providing free services for small businesses to survive in pandemic times. This helped my confidence level and many businesses started approaching us to help them.
I wish I would have saved money before I started my business at the beginning of the pandemic.
If you were to go back in time, what piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
While I was working in a company I saw lots of businesses spending a lot of money on marketing without any knowledge. So, I decided to let’s start my own organization to educate businesses and improve their business.
We’re nearly halfway through our interview so it’s a great time to ask how does your business run. What three tools make your business run better?
I use Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest to market my business.
My most used 3 tools are definitely Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Without social media I would not have a business it’s as simple as that.
What do you know now that you wished you had known before?
I wish I would have saved money before I started my business at the beginning of the pandemic.
What has been your greatest or proudest achievement or moment?
I am self-employed and financially secured. Won the best CEO of the Year.
What future life goals do you want to achieve and why?
My future goal is to help every startup company and businesses to educate them about marketing before they establish their business
