Who are you and what do you do?
I am the Founder of Jacobi Enterprises. This is an advisory company that assist start-ups to large corporate companies to rapidly grow their company by selling high priced programs, creating high performing sales teams, and leadership development strategies.
It’s a fun and transformational experience that helps our clients achieve their profit and impact goals.

What’s the story behind your success?
If anyone’s were to describe me, it’s that I take immediate action on everything I set out to do. That, an I’m extremely persistent and hard working.
You can create anything, I firmly believe that. And I set a firm focus on my outcome, a target date, and work rigorously and creatively towards it.
Allowing and being open to anyone or anything that comes into my daily life that I can serve. The pieces then fall into place.
I believe in gratitude, serving others and having faith that it (success) will come.
Give three advice tips a new founder should know?
Get tons of market feedback as soon as possible. Take way more action than you think you need to, and have a great mentor out of the gate to start with.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Don’t doubt yourself. Be true to who you know you are and not worry about what others think.

Go pursue as hard as you can your passion/dream and have fun doing it. That, plus be grateful everyday in everything you do.
How would you describe yourself in one word?
An innovator – I always look for innovative solutions to solve the problem, or a bigger problem. I liked to transform and create something into something even better

A strategic plan, 13 week rolling cash flow tracker, and social media
