My name is Melita Latham and I am the founder of Melita Latham London. Melita Latham London is a Luxury Travel Accessories brand.

What’s the story behind your success?
Worked at the age of 13 to fund my own business. I saved and invested in manufacturing and my business start up.
What’s been your life’s biggest lesson so far?
The little things are more important. Life and business is hard work but appreciate the little things and you’ll be happier for it.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Not to take things for granted.
What three tools makes your business run better?
I don’t have any specific tools, but the key things for me which make my business run better are persistence, marketing, passion.
