Who are you and what do you do?

I am one of the three Co-Founder of Mosaeek. Our platform can be described as the SoundCloud for Video, as it allows viewers to record time-tagged reaction videos to any video on our platform. We aim to close the loop between content creators and their audience in a purely video-based environment! Get close and social because LOL’s are 2017.

What’s the story behind your success?

We are a tight-knit team that is super diverse in terms of culture and experience. We keep each other motivated, but share honest opinions and have no filter! Great environment to work in.

What’s been your life’s biggest lesson so far?

That execution matters, but action matters more. Just doing something will show you quickly if you are in a good direction. Then it’s about getting scientific and measuring it. You could waste a lot of time overthinking stuff while sometimes it’s just about doing. Oh and being wrong actually doesn’t hurt as bad as you think!

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Tough one. Start learning the MVP concept earlier and apply it to literally everything in your life.

What three tools makes your business run better?

1. Slack 2. Trello 3. Google Drive
