Who are you and what do you do?
I am the M.D of Leadership Skills, we work with predominately corporate organisations developing next-generation leaders across the company through effective training, mentoring and coaching.

What’s the story behind your success?
The business was passed to me by my father who was highly reputable across the industry.
I have learned from a very young age the balance and significance of effective communication and I am as passionate about the industry as he was.
As a woman leader, I have had a different experience and belief that brought me new innovation to the company. This has allowed me to refresh and make our services more current. This in turn has opened the company to new markets as well as changed the dynamic which is now a female led team.
What’s been your life’s biggest lesson so far?
Learning is inevitable but also destructive if the wrong messages and content is delivered. I’m passionate about matching science, experience gained knowledge and human behavior as part of our delivery, which looks at strategic elements of the company as much as the person capabilities
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Be more confident and trust in your skills.
What tip would give to any business?
Take pride in your work.
